BINAURAL AUDIO LAB / GUIDE
Frequencies and research
Evidence for effects on sleep, mood and focus is limited and mixed.
Frequency labels often used in binaural-beat discussions include delta (roughly 0.5–4 Hz), theta (4–8 Hz), alpha (8–13 Hz) and beta (13–30 Hz). These labels originate from EEG frequency bands; choosing an audio difference in one band does not establish that brain activity will follow it.
Studies have explored relaxation, anxiety, sleep and attention, but methods and outcomes vary. Claims of reliable therapeutic effects are not established by the frequency label alone.
Consider the generator a tool for personal listening experiments, not a clinically validated intervention.
